Leopold Benedict

was born in London and raised on English theatre. He got his start in film at 9 years old in Before the Rains, but quickly discovered his love for music. He performed in 14 professional operatic productions, in the boys’ choruses at Covent Garden, the Royal Festival Hall, and Teatro Reggio Emilia to name a few. He studied French & Spanish at Cambridge, specialising in European Theatre & Film, and continued touring with the Choir of Clare College Cambridge for two years. He then studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique, in Paris, as one of five foreign students on the 2nd year of their BA programme. After which he wrote Conversations with Myself, which was performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He recently graduated from the MA Theatre Lab at RADA, and now both records and directs ADR and voice-work for Sync or Swim.

Benedict is guest at the Theater Lindenhof for the Bare Theatre Project in the season 2021/22.
